Microsoft Teams is our preferred platform for business telephony. Your team already uses it for chat and meetings, so adding calls puts everything in one app — on the desktop, on their mobile, or on a proper desk phone. There's no separate phone system to maintain, and numbers, users and call routing are managed in the same Microsoft 365 tenant as everything else.
We'll pick the right way to connect Teams to the phone network — Operator Connect, Direct Routing or Microsoft Calling Plans — based on your numbers, call volumes and budget, then port your existing numbers across so customers don't notice a thing.
Not on Microsoft 365, or need something Teams doesn't do? We still supply and support hosted VoIP phone systems, with the same features and the same support behind them.
